The sims is rebranding!! BIG UPDATE

I just finished watching The Sims 4 livestream and looked up what other people thought of the upcoming update. A lot of people hate the new designs but I personally think the designs are "okay".

1. The menu

I think the menu looks pretty good, of course I liked the previous one better but it's not ugly at all. The things I don't like about the menu are the colors. I loved the rainbow colors the icons had.

2. New default sims and CAS items

Next up, the new default sims. I adore that they added new default characters in the game. I didn't know I needed this, but when I heard it, I got pretty excited.

In the livestream they told us we are going to get new CAS items, everything you see in this picture is in CAS. You will be able to use these characters in your game.

3. The plumbob and loading screen

BOOM, a new plumbob. I really liked the previous plumbob and I'm not really a fan of the new one, but I think we just have to get used to it. I don't hate it, so I don't really mind this change. A lot of people hate the upcoming update but change is good "sometimes".

I don't really like the blue in the loading screen, but I already told you it takes time to get used to things. When The Sims 4 came out everyone hated the loading screen, but guess what? We still love The Sims, of course nothing can beat The sims 3, that was one hell of a game.

4. The box arts

The box arts, this is the thing I like the least out of everything. I mean I'm pretty positive about the rebrand, the things I already talked about are changes I actually like, but the Box arts aren't my style. Personally, I think the colors don't fit very well, but that's my opinion.

5. New build/buy items

This is something I really like. I used the same thing a lot in The Sims 3. There is a new cheat to unlock items outside of the world. There are over a thousand items we can use to build: plants, stones, buildings, ... and this cute van.

6. Story mode

The thing everyone is most excited about is the story mode. The fact that you can choose if you want to create a story is good because you don't want to do this every time you create a sim. The idea of story mode is sick and I can't wait to use it.

7.conclusion

I am actually looking forward to this update and think it's a good thing for The Sims even though a lot of people dislike it.
